陳美惠17年來帶著學生深入屏東、高雄、山區、部落、社區，幫助地方發展深度生態旅遊，輔導在地人復耕、養蜂，建立家鄉產業。

Over the past 17 years, Chen Mei Hui has led students to immerse themselves in Pingtung, Kaohsiung, mountainous areas, tribes, and communities, assisting in the development of ecotourism and guiding local residents in returning to farming and beekeeping, thereby establishing local industries.
